Principal's Message

Welcome to Agincourt Road Public School!

Agincourt Road Public School is situated on the unceded and unsurrendered Territory of the Anishinabe Algonquin Nation. As educators, we seek to support relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people through accurate representation of history.

Agincourt is a K-8 Early French Immersion Site with 2 Specialized English Autism Classes servicing approximately 600 students in the residential community of Belair Park and Copeland Park. We are incredibly proud of the diverse backgrounds and experiences our students and staff have to offer one another as we all embark on our learning journey. Our entire Agincourt staff comprised of our Principal and Vice-Principal team, teachers, EAs, ECE, a Library Technician, an Office Administrator, an Office Assistant, our Custodial staff and dedicated community volunteers seek to provide a safe, nurturing and supportive learning environment for all students.

At Agincourt, we recognize that all students and staff have their own lived experiences and we seek to celebrate what makes each of us uniquely human.  Agincourt’s School Council is very active and supportive in assisting students and their families. Our Student Council gives students opportunities to engage in conversation about student life at Agincourt and provides students with opportunities to share input into, and participate in, events at our school. Throughout the school year, students are encouraged to engage in clubs, sports and extracurricular activities to promote their social and emotional well-being.

Each day, we seek to promote student achievement and well-being through the provision of a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all learners. We support students on their learning journeys as they prepare for life beyond elementary and secondary school. We recognize that the path to each child’s future is unique and we seek to support his/her/their growth and life goals by providing students with collaborative and innovative learning opportunities. During their time at Agincourt, students will be provided with ample opportunities to collaborate with their peers, think critically about the world around them and challenge their current thinking.

The Agincourt community comprised of staff, students, families, professionals and community members are proud to work together to support all students and their families in their learning journey.

Welcome to our Agincourt community!

We are eager and excited to work with you to support your child’s learning and well-being!
